How does the warranty work

As the manufacturer, we provide a warranty covering the functionality of the product, specifically material and manufacturing defects.
The extended warranty period begins once the statutory warranty period ends (typically after 12 or 24 months, depending on the legislation of the country where the product was purchased) and ends 10 years after purchase.
If a claim is accepted, we will replace the product with a new item.
If the original product is no longer part of our range, we will offer you a comparable model from our current portfolio.
The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects that do not affect the functionality of the product
battery or accumulator capacity, including their natural ageing over time
mechanical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or improper or rough handling

Simple Claim Process

To process a claim, we will need:

a description of the defect or how it appears
photographs of the product showing the defect
a copy of the proof of purchase
your contact details

Claims are usually processed within 30 days from receiving all required information or from the delivery of the claimed product to the delivery address. During the statutory liability period, please submit claims through your retailer. Once this period has expired, claims can be submitted through selected partner branches (information about a suitable partner branch for your claim can be obtained at info@myepico.com) or directly with us via the web form.
